Meet Alex,  Alex has been enjoying computers since the age of 7 when a computer called Commodore 64 was the best thing in the world (1980's).  With the introduction of the Commodore Amiga 500 an upgrade was inevitable.  Unfortunately after serving years of fun and learning about coding and computers Commodore went out of business  which pushed him into the world of Intel based computers- the same type that is in everyone’s home today excluding Mac computers of course.

Alex, has always loved computers and the latest technology. A little over ten years ago he got a job as a computer salesman for a huge electronics chain of stores in New York City which is where he is from originally.  He later got a job as a computer technician where he built over 1,500 computers in the 3 years that he was there. As well as building computers from OEM parts and configuring them, he also did a ton of upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs and fixed Microsoft windows problems all day long.  He became an expert technician in just over a year and was able to diagnose any problem faster then anyone else in the Service center. At that point he was made manager of the entire computer department. Even though that was great and the experience received was priceless, it was time to move on. So, after 3 years he ended his job on great terms and found work as a computer consultant in new york city specializing in fortune 500 corporations.

we understand not everyone can afford needed computer services.

We will do whatever I can to help! Call us!

Being a computer consultant allowed him to work with various consulting agencies for fortune 500 corporations in NYC. Companies such as Deloitte&Touche (MIS department and LAN services), PBS - where they edit and broadcast children's Sesame Street (help desk levels one and two), Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton one of the biggest law firms in the world (post 9/11 project to get all of their computers and servers back online and working correctly in their New York offices) and Morrison & Foerster LLP (help desk levels one, two and three) Morrison & Foerster is also one of the world's largest corporate law firms and a HIGHLY respected name in the industry with offices all around the world whos clients include UPS, Disney, Coka-Cola and many more big corporations.  Morrison & Foerster additionally contracted Alex as their exclusive off-site technician. He would go to the law firm's senior partners homes and fix any work related computer issues.  During all of this he was doing private consulting for small businesses and helping everyday home clients with all of their computer needs and issues. Things like building Custom computers, installing and configuring software, speed problems, internet, making windows faster, getting all of their computers networked together, printer sharing and helping them with any peripherals they did not understand fully.  Needless to say He NEVER EVER had a single unsatisfied customer primarily because he has a passion for what he does and knows that you have to treat people the same as you would like to be treated if the situation was reversed.

Alex was at the peak of his career in New York City when he made the decision to move to Hawaii. Although there are phenomenal opportunities in New York the pace of the city and the rudeness of its people was becoming to much!

Oahu is the obvious choice! People are friendly, good spirited, kind hearted and the weather is great all year round! The rest as they say is history.

You will not find a better technician on Oahu!
